Ghai launches Umar audio
Director Karan Razdans forthcoming release Umar stole headlines as showman Subhash Ghai released its audio cassettes and CD. Razdan has been involved in films like Girlfriend that created an uproar in society for its unusual "bold" story. The album has brought back the voice of yesteryear singing doyen Manna Dey. The singer comes from the "golden age" of film music when genius like Mohammad Rafi, Mukesh and Krishan Kumar ruled the musical fraternity. The film has Jimmy Shergill and Shenaz Treasurywala in the lead roles. Besides, three leading character actors like Satish Kaushik, Kader Khan and Prem Chopra are there in the film. Satish Kaushi says that all the three are old pals, but he is the youngest among them. Among the guests is the new music composer of the film Sameer Tandon.

Gupta, casts Jimmy Shergill as the main protagonist and Shehnaz Treasurywala as Jimmys love interest.
