Kanchivaram Premiere Screened At Mumbai [Gallery]
Priyadarshan’s ‘Kanchivaram’ was recently premiered at cinemax versova, Mumbai. Starring Prakash Raj and Sreya Reddy, the movie has received accolades for its realistic portrayal from critics. It has also been selected for the International Film Festival to be held at Goa. The troubles of silk weavers in Kanchipuram during the pre-independece days, when communism started to make inroads in India forms the basic plot. A wide range of celebrities from Bollywood were present during this premiere show.
